Janice A. Walter - President
Janice Walter established ISIS to meet the needs of the federal contracting community in two critical areas: quality service to customers and fair treatment of employees. After thirteen years of careful observation, she assembled the best leadership in the business to provide the positive environment required to accomplish her vision. A teacher by profession, her personal mentoring sets the tone for all operations in the corporation. She personally approves all hiring actions and ensures her commitment to excellence is emulated throughout the company.
Ronald L. Walter, CPCM - Executive Vice President
Ron Walter is a corporate executive with over 16 years in federal contracts management. He has degrees in both engineering and business management. He served over 7 years as Vice President of a 150-person engineering services firm responsible for growth and development of federal programs. He has project management experience on six different federal projects and currently serves on the National Contract Management Association’s Council of Fellows.
Daniel A. Bieger - Vice President, Operations
Dan Bieger is a senior management professional with a degree in business administration. His experience includes 21 years of aerospace engineering hardware/software program management, contract administration, security management, hardware /software course development and conduct, and logistics engineering. He has worked directly with and for government contracting officers at both prime and subcontract levels.
